Rent and discounts for 2012

Minimum stay is 2 nights; during the "Weinfest der Mittelmosel" the minimum stay is 5 nights.

As from 3 persons, the rent is 73.00 Euro/night for 2 people, and 11.50 Euro/night for every additional person.

For 2 persons, rent is 75.00 Euro/night.

For children (aged 3 to 12) travelling along, the rent is 6.00 Euro/night.

Pets are not allowed in our vacation house.

For an internet connection through surf-stick, daily rent is 5.00 Euro (reservation to be made upfront).

A private parking place belongs to the vacation house. The rent for this parking place is 5.00 Euro/night.

The total rent includes all expenses, such as electricity, water, use of bedclothes, table clothes and towels and the end cleaning.

Discounts for 2012:

• for a minimum stay of 7 nights, we give you a discount of 7.5% on the total rent;
• for a minimum stay of 14 nights, we are pleased to give you a 10% discount on the total rent;
• for any reservation (minimum 3 nights) made within 30 days before arrival, we grant a last-minute discount of 10% on the total rent;
• discounts are not cumulative and are not valid during the "Weinfest der Mittelmosel".
